Myra Gahid

Myra Gobway Gahid is a registered psychometrician and psychologist. She is also a speaker, consultant, and educator. She values psychology and mental health, and her passion fuels her current projects which include a volunteer group, The 100% Attitude Project, that aims to provide mental health services to Filipinos while supporting local businesses to promote their products and services. Her podcast, Sa Labas ng Classroom, aims to share information about psychology, mental health, life lessons, and research. She is the author of two anthologies: Between the Lines of Self-Love and Romance, and Between the Lines of Heartache and Hope. She also posts her poems via Compiled, available on Facebook and Instagram (@compiledbymgg).
