Bio

I enjoy helping people with their "legal challenges". With almost 30 years of practicing law and building businesses under my belt, I also like combining law, technology and social media to disrupt, hack, and improve our legal system.

I've been a trial lawyer for 3 decades and was honored to be named one of California's 2013 Litigation Lawyers of the Year (CLAY Award) and a 2009 Orange County Trial Lawyer of the Year. When I'm not trying cases, I use social media and technology to help good attorneys become great trial lawyers and to show everyone (not just lawyers) how to communicate better.
