Mishka Sibert is a Founder of Happy Autism - a creative business she runs with her autistic non-verbal brother Samko. Her mother’s worries about Samko’s future and no possibility for employment due to his disability and high dependency led her to create a unique role and business model. Samko’s role as a Creative Director making creative decisions in their business earning money and reaching higher independence is one of a kind. Mishka created a 4-part documentary series called Road to Independence funded by Adobe in 2020 which got great success among the autism community. Their first product - a t-shirt made with Samko’s art was praised by Ben Affleck and Anna Kendrick and their happy autism story has reached millions of people globally. Mishka’s doing speaking and coaching workshops about the power of a-bility mindset, non-verbal communication, and empowering environment in the workplace and in families to help people with autism achieve their own version of happiness and success.
