My name is Mikhail Glushenkov.
Every morning, I wake up asking myself: what challenge will today bring?
A tough client? A new city? A team that needs to be inspired from scratch?
For me, event management is not just a profession — it’s an ongoing thriller where every day writes a new season. And I’ve been thriving in this genre for over 20 years.
My journey started in 2006, in a tiny office in Omsk, with a laptop and a few clients who believed I could deliver the impossible. And I did.
Today, I’m the Founder and CEO of Aventura, an event agency with offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tyumen, and Omsk. We organize 100+ events a year, from strategic sessions and corporate team-buildings to festivals for major corporations and state leaders.
But scale is not what defines me.
Understanding the nature of people, teams, and events does.
My experience isn’t theoretical — it’s hands-on. Late-night re-plans. High-pressure decisions. Situations where success isn’t just about surviving but about hearing guests say: “This was the best event of my life.”
That’s why my talks aren’t lectures.
They’re a concentrated mix of lessons, mistakes, insights, and tools — tested in real life, on real stages, and sometimes even in the sky.
(Yes, I’m a licensed pilot — and steering an aircraft is not that different from leading a hall of thousands.)
Topics I cover, always customized for the audience:
• Creating WOW Events: from first idea to flawless delivery.
• Sales through Emotion: how events grow brands and boost client loyalty.
• Building Strong Teams: using events to develop trust, engagement, and unity.
• The Future is Now: AI, AR, online formats — how to amaze and evolve.
• Leading Without Yelling: inspiring leadership in real crises.
• Staying Strong: personal efficiency and resilience without burnout.
I’m trusted by major companies, regional governments, and visionary teams.
But I don’t take the stage to collect applause. I take it to ignite change.
To leave people energized, inspired, and asking, “Why didn’t we start doing this earlier?”
If you’re looking for more than just a speaker — if you want real energy, real experience, and content that truly moves people —
then we are on the same wavelength.
Because a truly great event, like a great flight, isn’t remembered for its safety briefing —
it’s remembered for the feeling you get when you take off.
And that’s exactly the experience I bring to your audience.
