After 20 years of leading organizations in the engineering and manufacturing industries I had hit a wall. I was working in a toxic environment that was always asking for more of me, my time, my energy, and worst of all my integrity. The stress was affecting every aspect of my life. I was morbidly obese and ballooned up to over 350 pounds, I was barely seeing any of my family and when I did see them I had a short fuse, our finances were in the crapper from previous businesses I worked for not paying me. With all of this I found a way out and I am here to share that method and all my years of experience with you. I joined a mastermind and coaching program that taught me the steps to get out of this rut. It allowed me to start my own business, which I later sold, fix my health, and deepen my relationship with my family. Because of my success I feel morally obligated to share this with you!
