Hello, my name is Mike Duffey and I am 28 years old and I started coaching full time in 2022. I left a successful career in insurance Business Development to give back to others and help young adults build the foundation of a growth mindset so that they can build a life of fulfillment and joy. I experienced first hand the epidemic of mental health and substance abuse and the influence that has on the lives of so many in our nation. I know that if we provide the right guidance with the proper mentorship and message that we can transform the lives of our youth.
