Jeff worked in the entertainment industry for over 25 years where he produced award winning films and national touring shows, owned a complete event management company, acted in film and television, and performed more than 5000 shows across the country. He knows what it's like to face uncertainty every day and not be overcome.

Jeff Koziatek leverages his background as an award winning, international performer and proven processes to help leaders overcome overload, doubt, and burnout in order to fast track doing more in less time with increased satisfaction. His services include coaching, keynotes, and workshops. He is a certified coach with both The Values Conversation and the John Maxwell TEAM, a Vistage Trusted Advisor, and has received training in Emotional Focused Therapy.
