Bio

A former track and field athlete at Mississippi State University, Mike went on to earn a Master's in Sport Psychology enabling him to work with some of the nation's top performers. He now owns Clark Performance Consulting which uses systematic mental conditioning to help athletes find their extra edge.

Presented at the Waukesha South High School Coaches Corner on the topics of commitment and confidence. Presentation was workshop based.

Mental Preparation for Competition and Practice

Spoke at the Milwaukee Area Distance Running Camp on the topics of focus and composure. 60 student-athletes at the high school level were in attendence.
