Chris Covert

For over a decade, Chris Covert has worked with business, non-profits, athletic athletes and teams of all levels, and political organizations to help heighten self-awareness, build values-based-cultures, create accountability systems, and increasing ROI. The strategies that he has helped in creating has helped lead to multiple NCAA Championship winning individuals and teams, over 200 All-State Athletic Performances, over 150 NCAA All-Americans, over 35 political campaign victories, and increasing business ROI's on an average of 31%.

With a unique skill that that combines a Master's Degree in Sports Psychology with, 9x NCAA Conference and Regional Coach of the Year Awards, along with organizational management and mindfulness techniques, Covert speaks in an engaging, energetic, and enthusiastic manner that can relate to any group of any age.

His soon-to-be-released book, NEVER MISS: Lessons Learned in 45 Years of Running - Without Missing a Day, is one of the most anticipated projects of the fall. It tells the story of Chris' father, Mark, the first person to cross the finish line in Nike shoes in 1972, and his story of running 16,435 days in a row without missing a day. It book combines stories Mark's running streak with the mental tools he used as a method to show others that they themselves can accomplish remarkable things - no matter how challenging the feat.

Chris has a bachelors degree in Sport Studies from Cal State University, Fullerton and a Masters Degree in Sports Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University.
