Small business supporting farmers and ranchers in transition with the clearing, sorting and repurposing of their "stuff" to get them ready for the next phase of their life whether they are moving on or off the farm, or staying and wanting to use the spaces in a new way.

Farm Transition

After decades of living my passion building successful working relationships with rural folks for large Alberta corporations, I've created Wide Open Spaces to provide personalized services for farmers and ranchers.
Wide Open Spaces is all about connections first:
building trust,
understanding your needs,
and then figuring stuff out (your space, your life, your treasures).

The Leader as a Coach

I embarked on Coaches training not to become a professional coach, but to be a better leader. I have a great team, and they seemed to be suffering from a lack of confidence in their abilities after a major project kicked off. Through coach training, I reconnected them with the strengths I knew they had, and also started them on their own journeys for their lives. Some stayed and grew, some left and grew, but all starting to engage in what was best for them. Our performance stayed strong, and we had a lot more fun.

Now as further changes come to the organization, I've expanded my coaching to offering free sessions (a pay it forward philosophy) to individuals, volunteering in critical response areas in the community, and even improving personal relationships.

Quite a journey, and I have a great story to tell about that journey, that could help leaders, organizations, individuals find a way to their best life.
