Leveraging passion and experience I decided to engage in workforce development with the launch of UMI Connections. UMI is a consulting platform hosting a podcast, training videos, and live workshops. We have a track record of being instrumental in re-igniting morale, inspiring strong teams and coaching employees through the professional development process.
