Within Convidencia, I help organizations and entrepreneurs skyrocket their projects. Actively involved in multiple startup communities, I help startups as a coach and workshop animator. I collaborate with accelerators and incubators, business schools, public institutions in Belgium, France and Luxembourg.
Lean practitioner, co-author of ParticipAgile, author of the Hackathon Canvas, I spread agile and lean methods to professionals and beginners.
In the past 5 years, I animated about 200 workshops, trainings, conferences, collaborative events and hackathons to audiences from 8 to 200 participants. I am accredited Global Facilitator for Startup Weekend Europe.
