Mike is a passionate underdog who overcame childhood adversity to become a successful practicing attorney, law school professor, and family man. He current is the process of publishing his first book, which is a sort of guide to overcoming perfectionism and obtaining a sense of peace in the chaotic, modern world.
By day, Mike is a senior litigation associate at O'Hagan Meyer, a national labor and employment litigation firm that employs over 250 lawyers across the United States. Mike specializes in labor and employment counseling and litigation. On the litigation side, he regularly defends employers in state and federal court. On the counseling side, Mike provides advice and guidance to HR professionals in various Fortune 500 companies.
Mike also serves an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He currently teaches a course on negotiations to second- and third-year law students.
