I possess two Master of Education degrees in Educational Leadership and Human Relations/Counseling; and, an undergraduate degree in Sociology. I am certified as a Microsoft Office Specialist. I am an awarding winner speaker/presenter in the areas of Student Retention, Student Engagement, First-year Success Programs and New Student Transition Programs. I am a graphic artist and a web developer.
