Pay transparency is coming in two big ways:
- First, more and more states, provinces, and countries are requiring companies to share salary ranges on job postings.
- Second, with the increasing prevalence of websites that share detailed salary data and ranges available to employees, companies have to be prepared to share this data, explain where this data comes from, and more importantly why employees are paid where they are against this range.

I will dig into why this topic is important to you and your company, how will this impact you, what you can do about it, and what does benchmarking have to do with all of this?
