Dr. Michael Dale is a 25-year veteran in the fields of Project Management and Organizational Leadership. Dr. Dale has spent several years of practical experience managing complex initiatives in Telecom, Banking, Insurance, just to name a few. After starting Dale Consultants in '06, Dr. Dale provides training, coaching and mentoring to aspiring leaders, especially in the field of project management. Dr. Dale has a passion for teaching best practices and highly effective ways of working.
