Bio

Laura Noel is an Organizational Development consultant, leadership coach, and a senior consultant and facilitator with The Arbinger Institute as well as an International Best Selling Author and Podcast Host. Prior to launching her business, Stretch Into Success, Laura served in the United States Air Force for more

than 27 years, rising to the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. She spent much of her Air Force career teaching personal growth and leadership.

Since retiring from the Air Force, Laura has served as a consultant to organizations, individuals, and solopreneurs to streamline business processes while maximizing effectiveness, alignment, and impact. She helps clients stretch their thinking and mindsets in a way that opens them up to new possibilities.

Laura is a PsyD candidate in the field of Leadership Psychology and Neuroscience at William James College, where she serves as adjunct faculty. She has continued to develop her expertise as a coach and consultant through her studies. She also worked

closely with her mentor, the late Bob Proctor, for years. Proctor who was a world-renowned expert in human potential and success.

Laura spent several years singing professionally in the USAF Band, both throughout the Boston area and around the world. When she’s not helping clients improve their results, you can probably find her working on her music. She is married to her best

friend and fellow Airman, Gary.

Exceptional Customer Service

What is exceptional customer service? How can it go from good to great? What are the challenges and pitfalls that many people experience when trying to deliver exceptional customer service? Does my attitude count and can it help me be more proactive? How can I put myself in my customer’s shoes and feel their experience? What is the best way to handle difficult customers? What techniques can be used to reduce customer service stress? Find out the answers to these and other important customer service questions during this training session.

This workshop will provide participants with an opportunity to:
1. Learn the key elements of what constitutes exceptional customer service.
2. Identify the benefits of great customer service.
3. Recognize barriers to the delivery of outstanding customer service.
4. Explore their attitudes towards customer service and recognize their power.
5. Adapt to specific customer behavior styles.
6.Understand how to measure customer satisfaction and take correct

Time Management

We can’t manage time as we all have 24 hours in a day however, we CAN manage our activities, our mindset around time and non-productive habits that might be weighing us down. These skills are essential for professional success in any workplace and will enable you to be more effective with setting goals, prioritizing workloads, tackling procrastination, managing crisis, and capitalizing on the strengths of others.

At the conclusion of this training, participants will be able to:

1. Assess their attitudes about their relationship to time and time management
2. Set goals and recognize the importance of establishing goals
Develop a process of prioritization
3. Understand common causes of procrastination and identify ways to eliminate them
4. Learn how to maximize effectiveness by leveraging the talents of others
5. Learn strategies for handling daily assignments and distractions
6. Identify the steps necessary for planning effective meetings

Leadership is a fundamental aspect of personal and professional growth. Whether you're leading a team at work, managing a project, or simply striving to achieve your goals, effective leadership is essential for success. However, leadership is not just about delegating tasks or making decisions; it's also about inspiring and empowering others, creating a vision, and fostering a culture of growth and development.

In this presentation, we will explore the core principles of leadership, including developing a growth mindset, building strong relationships, communicating effectively, and cultivating a servant leadership approach. We will also examine how to lead oneself effectively and respond vs react while handling difficult situations with integrity and fairness.

By the end of this presentation, you will have a deeper understanding of what it takes to become an effective leader and the tools necessary to create a positive impact in your personal and professional life.
