Bio

Meiron is an international author, trainer and keynote speaker and passionate about helping others manage and reduce stress.

After losing two friends to violent crime in South Africa and having been attacked himself he began his quest to find a way to live with peace and calm in this crime-ridden environment.

This passion inspired Meiron to write his book D-Stress: Building Resilience in Challenging Times, which won the award as the No1 best self-help, book in the US in 2010.

A year later Meiron had to apply his own resilience techniques when he was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. He was knocking on deaths door after having his spleen, gall bladder, half his pancreas, a portion of his stomach and diaphragm removed.

His D-Stress techniques were instrumental in helping him save his own life and today Meiron facilitates stress and resilience programs for the corporate and SME market.
