Matt enjoys sharing power thoughts about our individual capacity for insight and wisdom, and how our minds create all kinds of messaging that can be helpful, but mostly is a distortion of reality.

Matt is an Executive Development Consultant and Coach with a career across a number of sectors including, Not-For-Profit, Education, Telephony, Transport, Utilities, Pharma, Tech & Retail.

Matt works with Family Owned Businesses, Executive Directors, CEO’s, Executive Teams, and Senior Leaders, helping them grow together whilst keeping their sanity. He has coached Executive Board members, Trustees and Business Owners as well as designing, delivering and mentoring people centred change programmes in small, medium and large enterprises.
