Bio

I have been a public speaker on the topic of tech- enabled personalised nutrition & wellness technologies for nearly a decade. From delivering keynotes at conferences, to moderating seminars and chairing panels in over 6 countries, I have enjoyed every single one. My passion is talking on the topic of preventative nutrition, the potential of digital health, the ethics of data and new technologies, and diversity & inclusion in research and algorithms.

I hold bachelors in nutrition, an MBA and a PhD with a focus on Personalised nutrition & wellness. I am a published researcher and am regularly quoted in the media.
