Lisa Garrett is an Inspirational Speaker, Trainer, and Life Coach, who has a powerful and uplifting message for people of all walks of life. Her compelling story is one of perseverance, determination, and triumph as she has overcome many obstacles in her life. After succumbing to the many pressures of life as an adult, Lisa dealt with low self-esteem and faced internal conflict with the ideology of self-love. She struggled with acknowledging her worth, and, as a result, she was pushed into a deeper sense of pain and destruction which could have ultimately led to her demise. However, the rebirth of Lisa's life was composed of healing, deliverance, and most importantly forgiveness. Lisa has developed a passion for helping others, and she now uses her past as a platform to share and to help others overcome the barriers and obstacles that have kept them in bondage and to reclaim what is rightfully theirs! This is why she deems herself as the Messenger of Inspiration and Restoration. Lisa believes that through our own stories and our past struggles, we can inspire one another to create a new narrative and restore lives! Lisa has studied under and has been mentored by World Renowned Motivational Speakers Les Brown and Antonio Smith, Jr. Lisa is a member of the LBU Incredibles, Bureau of Dominant Speakers, and an active member of Toastmasters International. Lisa received her certification in "Inner Healing and Deliverance" by Dr. Faith Wokoma.
