Marie VanNostrand began her post-graduate degree after completing her work on her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Syracuse University. She attended Old Dominion University in Virginia for post-graduate studies. During her time at Old Dominion, she earned both a master’s degree in urban studies and a master’s degree in public administration. She also received her doctorate in public policy.
