Hi there! I'm Marie Rachelle and my career has changed so much over the past decade, but I am so proud of where I am now. Gratefully, I am the Founder of Convergence Coworking and Executive Director of Freelance Buffalo & Beyond - a week-long conference for freelancers by freelancers in Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Rochester, and Erie. By trade, I'm a writer and digital media marketer, but for the past five years, I've been focusing on building a community for freelancers in WNY.

When I'm not spending time with my two kids, you can find me on the road dancing to live music, staying in tiny houses, or advocating for freelancers #freelanceisntfree.
