I have been on a journey of finding the core of what truly has impact for improving people’s lives forEVER!

This journey led me from the food preparation space to the food scarcity world. My personal struggles with divorce led me to identifying the life- changing, radical idea of self love and honoring what courageous, loving badassery can do for each of us.

This in turn fostered my deep passion for supporting others in honoring and validating your unique truth, even when you cannot see it yourself. Once again, this was steeped in my values of integrity, truth and impact, on an individual and collective level.
