I have studied in depth for many years in therapeutic massage, dance therapy, spiritual awakening, and integral yoga. My expertise is in educating people how to live with more vitality and health, inner harmony and outer satisfaction. I guide groups of all sizes & backgrounds with interactive, fun, effective exercises, and strategies that are easy to incorporate into everyday life.

My goal is to collaborate with like-minded professionals in an alternative setting, as a Program Developer who would supervise the healthy lifestyle activities and train the staff on techniques and services, for a health clinic, spa or wellness, retreat center.

I am particularly interested in contributing to teen & young women's life empowerment skills, health & sexual education.
