- 17+ years of experience in mobile/web software solutions spanning WAP-based, Network Security solutions, broadcasting, eCommerce, IoT ,media & advertising solutions including significant exposure in Project Management and start-up operations
- Designing and developing productsystems from the scratch with specific focus on scalability, mentor and develop teams , define product requirements, work with sales and business development teams to understand requirement and deliver under time and budget constraints.
- Setting strategic direction, initiating growth strategies, executing to plan, setting up and fine-tuning operations, and managing for bottom line results
- Experience in presales and can work with customers closely to understand rfp and create competitive proposals
- Identifying accounts, engaging with CXO's and senior management,Identifying gaps and opportunities and designing strategies.
- Working with cross functional teams inside and outside organizations
- Creating in house innovations that would contribute to significant revenue to organizations
- Vendor management, conducting periodic reviews, identifying & mitigating risks, measuring metrics, tracking project progress and submitting status reporting.
- Well versed with Python/Django, Nodejs, PHP, Servers, Mobile applications, API gateways, Angularjs, CRMS’s, BOTs, Digital Media Marketing tools , integrating/customizing legacy systems etc
- Knowledge on Hadoop, Pig, Hive, Hbase ,Spark, Machine learning algorithms
- Knowledge on Blockchain technologies with significant exposure to consensus protocols, Byzantine fault tolerance, merkle trees, ethereum, hyperledger ,smart contracts
