After 28 years as a Wildlife and Conservation Researcher and Photographer, Lily had to make a career change due to COVID.
She found a new love in art and NFTs and never looked back.
Now she spends her days helping others onboard to the metaverse.
Lily White is the founder of TezTown, a community created by creators, collectors and builders, for creators, collectors, builders and other people interested in the Tezos blockchain, whose motto is 'Educate, Encourage and Engage".
Lily has spent 1.5 yeas nurturing the Tezos community and now she is inspiring an incredible team of over 50 people to bring the vision of TezTown to life.
TezTown is a Web3 resource where you can find everything you need to know about Tezos, creating digital art, collecting art, and including tutorials on how to use it and how to buy NFTs. We also offer peer-to-peer mentoring, where artists teach other artists how to create. In addition to all this, we are launching YouTube educational programs, a radio show, and business outreach to bring new collectors into the space.
In the future, TezTown will live in the metaverse, where we are planning galleries, music shops, and schools to reach people of all skill levels. Lily is passionate about Tezos and art, her NFT collection of Tezos art is well over 13.500 editions from 1500 artists worldwide!
No wonder why she is affectionately known as “the Mother of Tez.”
