Lynn Winter is an accomplished Lawyer, Speaker, & Mentor, but her favorite titles are wife and Mama. She specializes in the health & wellness of all women from young girls to fellow mamas. Lynn's program inspires tween and teen girls and young women to set SMART goals, make positive decisions, build confidence and character and to see beyond the boundaries of their situation. She speaks truth to women struggling with body image, divorce, and feeling struck in their current chapter.

The daughter of convicted felon who came home to more eviction notices than she can count, Lynn went on to graduate cum laude from Texas Christian University and then received her law degree from Texas Tech University of Law. While competing for the title of Miss Texas, Lynn used her story to speak to young women across the DFW metroplex about reaching your goals no matter the obstacles. Lynn developed a

knack for motivating girls and women at a heart level and has made it her life's mission to both empower girls & women and educate mothers on the latest hot topics and trends that relate to healthy habits in today's world.
