Lyndsey Zhang is a PhD candidate at Henley Business School, University of Reading. Her research interest focuses on corporate sustainability, ESG measurement system at the board level, corporate governance, board directors’ behavior, board-stakeholder relationship. Lyndsey serves as a reviewer for European Management Review journal, and several conferences including Academy of Management, Society for Business Ethics, European Academy of Management, and British Academy of Management.
Before her academic research, Lyndsey had extensive corporate experience with US and Chinese multinational companies as a CFO, VP of strategy, board director, and management consultant.
