Building Stress Resilience

Stress from work and home life has escalated progressively in recent years, affecting our health levels, and has been exasperated by the pandemic. The Building Stress Resilience workshop will help you learn how to manage the stress you are feeling by explaining the effects of stress on the body and providing 10 scientifically proven techniques and tools to manage stress. You'll learn the number one way to immediately lower your stress level that you can do anywhere, anytime.

Sleep Better, Feel Better

There are many aspects to not having a good sleep: you may have trouble falling asleep, you might wake up a few times in the middle of the night, or perhaps it's hard to wake up and when you do you still feel exhausted. You might struggle with ALL of these areas. Poor sleep contributes to low energy, sugar cravings, weight gain, and more!

In this sleep workshop you'll learn the exact things to do to help you fall asleep easier, stay asleep, and wake up energized.

How to Win Your Day, Even When It Feels Like You’re Losing

Do you feel that most days you are spinning your wheels, going full tilt, but not moving anywhere or making any progress? You may feel pressure to be productive and are struggling just to keep up with all the hats you have to wear. Learn some practical ways to feel like you've won the day, even if it hasn't gone all as planned. Find out what you should do the night before, why you should always make your bed, and the number one question to ask yourself each day.

Stop Burnout Before It Stops You

When we have too much stress and are in non-stop busy mode our body can revolt resulting in adrenal fatigue or burnout. This workshop will teach you how to recognize signs and symptoms of burnout, the differences between being stressed and being burnt out, what you can do to stop burnout from happening, and how to deal with exhaustion and burnout.

Healthy Eating Strategies for Busy Professionals

What you eat, or don’t eat, can have a significant impact on your energy levels and productivity. This workshop will share a general explanation of how diet affects the brain and hormones, which food should be consumed and which should be avoided, and what vitamins, minerals and supplements are helpful for good mental health.

How to Stay Active without Hours of Exercise

Do you find yourself sitting most of the day? Due to working from home you may be sitting at a less-than-ideal desk set up (dining room table, anyone?). Excessive sitting can lead to neck and back pain. Learn a few changes to your home office set up that will alleviate pain, some simple ways to move your body more throughout the day and will include an active component where you'll actually get up and practice specific stretches that help relieve tension and pain in your body.

Simplifying Life for Greater Calm and Ease

You know that feeling of stress piled on top of more stress? It’s not in your head. It’s exactly what’s happening in your body. However, there are ways that you can reduce your stress by simplifying life in a number of ways and taking back control over your mindset, circumstances (where possible), reactions, and surroundings.

Improving Your Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence is our ability to identify and respond effectively to both our own and other peoples’ emotions. High levels of emotional intelligence help you to build strong working relationships and manage difficult situations calmly and effectively. You’re also likely to be more resilient in the face of adversity. In this workshop, learn the five elements that make up emotional intelligence and how you can develop skills in these areas.

Learning to Recharge

It may seem like a good work strategy to do one more thing or push through. But, in fact, our focus and productivity will go down when our energy is depleted. This means we have to work harder and longer to get the same results that we would have had if we took the time to recharge. In this workshop, you’ll learn activities that will help you relax, calm your mind and energize you. Come to both to enjoy the experience and learn to recharge yourself.
