Luca is a Partner at Garrison Group. He has experience in multiple countries (Poland, Russia, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, Turkey, Moldova, Georgia, Romania, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, Croatia, Bulgaria, Chile, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Greece and Hungary) and with several companies, both multinational and local ones (VISA, Carrefour, Groupama, Carlsberg, Danone, IKEA, Bayer, Sanofi Aventis, Efes-SAB Miller, Sonae MC, Solen, Alpha Bank, eMAG, etc.).
Luca thrives when developing comprehensive marketing strategies, briefing advertising/media agencies and training sales teams to ensure a perfect alignment between strategy and execution.
In addition to his consulting work, Luca is a Visiting Professor of Global Marketing and Advertisement (MBA level) at the Economic University of Krakow and at University of Business in Wroclaw. He also taught as a guest lecturer at the Budapest University of Economic Sciences, at the American University of Armenia, at the Maastricht School of Management (Bucharest) and led a Tuck of School of Business Seminar (USA Ivy League) in Istanbul in collaboration with Soyak Real Estate. He is a published author in Turkey and Romania.
Prior to Garrison Group Luca worked for Pirelli (Milan) as a Global Demand Planner and at the Milan Chamber of Commerce (Shanghai) as a consultant for companies looking for new business opportunities in the Chinese market.
