Louise is an expert speaker and psychological coach & counselor specializing in the psychological effects of toxic systems including personal and work relationships, family systems and organizational systems.
Louise graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Psychology, she is currently completing her Master’s degree in Psychology and is a certified Life Coach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy practitioner, has a further diploma in Professional Counseling and is the founder of The Personality Centre.
From a young age Louise was exposed to the effects of growing up in an extremely toxic family system and as a result spent her entire adolescence and early adulthood struggling with the subsequent psychological effects of this including unstable work and personal relationships, mistrust of others, low self-esteem, and impulsive behaviors to name a few.
As an adult she was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder on top of which she had also developed major attachment trauma and was extremely codependent.
Louise spent the past two decades on personal development, research, psychological training and academic education, and founded The Personality Centre to help others identify and break free from toxic cycles and relationships as well as heal from the negative developmental, functional and generational psychological effects of toxic systems.
