Louise spent +20 years in professional services, where she learnt first-hand the impact of transforming her own leadership style, becoming Director of Strategy & Operations and the first female director in her business. She has a degree in Commerce and an Executive MBA from UCD, Ireland and is an Associate of the Irish Management Institute and the Chartered Accountants Ireland, supporting the delivery of their leadership programs. She is now a sought leading Communications and Leadership EMCC accredited Coach and Strategist and Keynote Speaker, known for ability to engage, inspire and deliver change for her clients. Passionate about community and creativity she is a Director of Fishamble Theatre Group, Ireland's leading original play production company. Clients include corporates from all industries, multinationals, not for profits and state bodies. It is the unique combination of her experiences that positions Louise to create memorable experiences for her audiences, inspiring them to challenge themselves to leverage their situations and talents for lasting impact.
