Have you considered incorporating wellness-focused sessions to enhance attendee experience and address the growing need for stress management and burnout prevention in today's workplace?

With over 30 years of experience in hospitality management, I bring a unique perspective to the world of workplace wellness. In 2021, I founded Align Self Care LLC. to share my insights on incorporating self-care and well-being into organizational cultures. My engaging talks combine humor, energy, and practical tools to help individuals and teams thrive.

Our offerings include:

• Yoga and Meditation Sessions: tools and techniques to reduce stress, increase focus, and promote overall well-being.

• Breakout Sessions: Interactive workshops on stress management techniques, burnout prevention strategies, and work-life balance.
