Loki Mulholland

We invited Loki to speak to our law firm about his film "The Uncomfortable Truth" as part of our of Black History month series on race and social justice. The one hour presentation brilliantly combined facts of American history and its impact on people of color, current events, and a well thought out dialogue about parts of the film. Loki invited his mother, civil rights hero, Joan Trumpauer Mulholland, to join so that she could add a layer of personal experience to the conversation. They weaved together a powerful story of how individuals can help combat racism in American. The presentation was educational and enlightening, and we all walked away with actionable steps we can take to make our country and world a better place. Loki and Joan are wonderful examples of how changed hearts can change minds.
