Lisa Feinberg is a dedicated and insightful advocate, with over a decade of litigation experience.
Lisa practices employment law, human rights, professional regulation, and criminal law. She offers a creative and pragmatic approach to files, drawing on her wide-ranging experience as a prosecutor, defence lawyer, and adjudicator. Lisa has regularly and successfully appeared in both courts and administrative tribunals. She also has experience in workplace investigations and is attuned to handling sensitive issues in a respectful and discrete manner.
Originally from Ontario, Lisa completed her joint law and master’s degrees in Ottawa in 2011. She then articled as a judicial law clerk for the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Toronto. Following her call to the Bar in 2012, Lisa practiced workplace and administrative law in Toronto for three years, before moving to Northern British Columbia. In B.C., Lisa worked both in private practice and as a criminal prosecutor. She also served as an elected Bencher of the Law Society of British Columbia from 2020-2021. In 2022, Lisa left the mountains to return home to family and friends in Ontario and joined GlickLaw.
Lisa has always been active in both her profession and her broader community, volunteering on boards and committees. She loves hiking with her family and finding a quiet moment to read a good book with a strong cup of coffee.
