Lauren Mims began her career in public relations in Dallas, TX after graduating from the University of Texas - Arlington at one of the world's leading agencies, FleishmanHillard. Lauren's work in integrated campaigns with Fortune 500 clients landed her a SABRE team award and sent her on her way to Denver, CO to lead social media for Outdoor Sportsman Group. After two years of managing their audience of 6 million fans, Lauren landed her current role as Marketing Manager for a cannabis conglomerate. When she's not actively leading social and digital strategies at her full-time job, Lauren is the Executive Director of Bad Bettie Project - a non-profit women's social club based in Colorado, Maryland and New York. Lauren also manages her travel/lifestyle brand that has been recognized by Medium, ThriveGlobal, Buzzfeed and others -- @CurrentlyColorado.
