Megan McGregor is a wellness coach and content creator who supports a realistic and consistent approach to health. She believes wellness habits should fit into everyday life and encourages women to move away from an all-or-nothing mindset toward routines that feel supportive and manageable.

Her work is guided by the belief that wellness should adjust to life rather than demand constant sacrifice. This perspective grew from personal experience with burnout early in her career. During that time, she shifted toward a more sustainable focus on nutrition, movement, and nervous system health, choosing practices that could be maintained over time.

That shift became the basis of how Megan now helps women care for their bodies. Instead of promoting restriction, guilt, or rigid expectations, her approach emphasizes steady progress through repetition, education, and small choices that lead to long-term benefits.

She has always been interested in health behaviors and the ways lifestyle choices influence long-term well-being. This interest led her to earn a bachelor’s degree in Health Behavior Science, where she studied the social, psychological, and biological factors involved in health decisions.

After graduating, McGregor spent several years working in traditional corporate environments. Although she performed well professionally, the fast pace and structure eventually led to burnout. Recognizing the impact of long hours and ongoing stress, she began searching for a healthier path that aligned with real life.

Rather than turning to extreme measures, she focused on plant-forward nutrition, hormone health, low-impact movement, and nervous system regulation. This period of learning and experimentation shaped the wellness approach she uses today. She later earned certifications in holistic health coaching and plant-based nutrition, allowing her to provide practical guidance to others.

Megan's coaching centers on habit-building, routine development, and stress management, especially for women balancing careers, social lives, and personal goals. She works one-on-one with clients, creating personalized plans and offering regular check-ins to support consistency.

In her personal life, she follows the same balanced principles she teaches. Her routine includes walking, low-impact workouts, and simple daily rituals to support the nervous system. She commits to walking 10,000 steps daily, practices Pilates and sculpt-style workouts, and prepares simple plant-based meals with a focus on nourishment rather than restriction. Through both her daily routines and professional work, Megan McGregor continues to promote a steady and realistic approach to wellness.
