2. Self-acceptance- perfectionism (guilty of stopping myself and ended up doing NOTHING instead) , Stop waiting for the perfect version. Cant write your 10th if you never start with the 1st, always learning experience
3. Self-care- Not a luxury, it's a necessity. Once you feel better, you do better, open up doors. Beyond expensive massages, EO’s

4. Self-Worth- Never felt “good enough” so I settled, reprogram thoughts
5. Radical Self Love- no external factors, whole and complete just as you
are. When you love yourself no one can take that away from you. Stuck w/ yourself.
