*Who am I?*
For five years I've worked as an education journalist, including as EDITOR of SCHOOLS WEEK, columnist for the GUARDIAN, and a regular talking head on BBC, Channel 4 and Sky news channels.
I'm now CEO of tech success, TEACHER TAPP, a daily opinion-tracker of teacher revolutionising research into the profession. (I can also tell you whether teachers who go to the pub each week get better results... go on, ask me!)
Previously I was a secondary school teacher in challenging London comprehensives and wrote the book 'The 6 Predictable Failures of Free schools'.
WHY DO I GIVE TALKS?
