Laura Clary is the founder and speaker of Unique Leadership, and partner of the Exceptional Leaders Lab. Laura is an experienced speaker, trainer, and coach in the areas of leadership and team development. Laura’s career has been focused on working with teams and leaders in the non-profit sector specializing in education, camping industry, recreation, and business. Laura is a passionate leader, speaker, and trainer with experience in helping teams reach the next level through group and individual development. Laura is enthusiastic about assisting leaders in discovering their unique leadership qualities.
Laura spends her free time with her husband and two young sons outdoors, trying new adventures, and embracing the values of bravery and courage that she teaches her children. Whether it is mountain biking, basketball, or riding roller coasters, Laura is found making jokes and photographing the moments of her family's life.
