Lat has more than 15 years of experience in Project Management, Engineering Management and Team Management in the Oil and Gas Industry. Lat’s career has spanned National & Multi-National Corporations as well as smaller companies (SME’s) thus enabling her to be fully conversant with the needs of both smaller and larger corporate entities.

For the past 3 years, Lat has been running a Software Business specialising in App Entrepreneurship.

Lat is also the CEO and Founder of Kilat Life Transformations providing coaching services in Leadership, Mindset, Music Therapy, Appreneurship and Software Business Management.
