Larisa is a savvy, down to earth speaker, results coach, movement educator and author. Larisa's focus is helping individuals and small businesses clarify what they want, to reach their fullest potential, and they can impact the world in a positive way.

Larisa has been an avid student of personal growth and development for nearly two decades. Larisa received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology form the University of Saskatchewan. She possesses a Pilates Comprehensive diploma, Anatomy & Bio-mechanics Specialist diploma, Rehab Specialist diploma and Diverse Populations Specialist diplomas from Body Harmonics. In addition, Larisa has completed ELDOA levels 1-3, Tony Robbins Mastery University and trained with the Proctor Gallagher Institute, as well as a Certified Hypnotherapist.
