Kyle Griffith, originally from Trinidad & Tobago, is a pioneering entrepreneur and business luminary with over 25 years of comprehensive experience in business ownership and management.

His entrepreneurial drive and passion for working with business owners have led him to be the founder and CEO of Eminae Network and the managing partner and principal of The NYBB Group, a distinguished minority-certified M&A Advisory firm. Kyle's exceptional proficiency in representing business owners in the sale of their businesses is backed by his Certified M&A Professional (CM&AP) and Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designations.

Kyle's pioneering spirit is evident through his historic role as the first African American board member and chair of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). His accolades include being an alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and a multi-year recipient of the IBBA Chairman's Circle and Outstanding Producer Member Excellence Awards.
