I am a woman with anxiety and PTSD,

But I am learning to manage my fear.

I am a woman of determination,

And have learned from my past.

I am a woman with health issues,

But I have refused to give up.

Rising up against all odds,

And choosing to live a life of empowerment and inspiration.

I am genuine and authentic,

A teller of true stories,

My purpose is to empower and inspire others,

To show them that they can do anything they set their mind to.

I am a speaker, author, and mom,

And I am proud to be all that I am.

I am an empowering goddess,

And I will never stop inspiring others.

For other women, mothers, wives, and friends

I will share my stories of trauma and pain

But also of hope, healing, and happiness

I will show you that you can own your life
