Bio

I’ve been creating, working with, servicing minority owned business enterprises since the age of 13 when I started my first business. Through each stage of my life experience, I’ve gleaned all the lessons learned to provide business development consultation to others. Planting those seeds and trusting that someone will water them, effectively changing their financial situation, has provided me with purpose and direction.

Over the last 5+ years, I’ve been able to leverage my nuanced understanding of the plight of the business owner to help a Fortune 500 evolve a global supplier diversity and sourcing sustainability program. Utilizing my love and unique passion for connections and collaboration, I’ve engaged and garnered support from senior executive leadership to drive initiatives and build partnerships to deliver long-term value to the company and the communities we serve.
