I am so excited to meet you and introduce myself! I am Kristin. Born in 1977 and a mother of 5. Graduate of Brigham Young University in Health Education and Post Graduate Certificate in Positive Psychology from the University of Utah. Victorious Life SURVIVOR! I have had many life experiences that help me understand trauma, hurt, brain injury, depression, feeling inadequate....the list could go on....I believe that Every day is a Victory. 3 years ago I was diagnosed with epilepsy and have had several incredible out of this world "literally" experiences since then! My epilepsy stems from my temporal lobe, and effects my senses. I even have facial recognition issues! I have published a journal that has helped so many people break through their negative thought cycles-using positive psychology strategies. I cannot wait to come and share with you extremely simple and life changing Harvard research backed strategies that can help in everyday life performance and overall well-being.
