Kristen Dyck is the CEO and founder of AVRO Creative where she is a speaker and personal branding strategist. Her work helps driven leaders exude confidence, clarify their career story and stand out. Kristen brings insights from her experience working with some of the world’s biggest brands like Coca-Cola, Powerade and glaceau vitaminwater to the world of personal branding. Kristen's clients go on to achieve senior leadership roles, receive top industry awards and launch successful businesses.

Kristen is also the creator and instructor of Opportunity Magnet, a course teaching you how to build your personal brand and attract opportunities on LinkedIn.

Kristen was once told, “You do great work but no one knows who you are.” After that, she developed her personal brand, went on to reach her goals and received national recognition for her work. Today, she uses 15 years of marketing and communications experience, as well as her time spent working with some of the world’s biggest brands like Coca-Cola, glaceau vitaminwater, Powerade and United Way, to help you go from unknown to in demand.

In 2021, Kristen launched Opportunity Magnet, a comprehensive online course that shows you how to build a personal brand and strong LinkedIn profile.
