With over half a decade of elite experience, Kody works exclusively with top-tier athletes and business professionals, driving them to reach and surpass their highest potential through advanced mental skill development. His athletes cultivate supreme confidence, grit, and the ultimate competitive mindset, enabling them to excel at the highest levels both on and off the field.
Before transitioning to sports and business professionals, Kody developed his leadership expertise by working with incarcerated youth, helping them cultivate essential leadership skills that transformed their lives and empowered them to become productive citizens. This unique experience has enriched his approach, allowing him to offer profound insights and strategies.
In March 2023, Kody joined the Association for Applied Sports Psychology and has completed training with world-renowned performance coaches, including Ben Newman. Currently, he is furthering his expertise by pursuing a master’s degree in Exercise Science and Sports Psychology at PennWest University.
Kody's has propelled athletes to success across a wide array of sports, including golf, cross country, baseball, basketball, volleyball, wrestling, figure skating, track, and soccer. Most notably, he played an instrumental role in leading the Central York Panthers to their first boys’ PIAA State Championship in program history.
