As a dynamic trailblazer passionate about bold, innovative leaps and people-centric success, I have earned the U.S. Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, the U.S. Presidential Gold Medal, the 2023 Inspirational Man of the Year, and a nomination for Forbes 30 Under 30 in social impact. The City of Houston, Texas, has honored me with a proclamation naming a day after me, and I have received commendations from the Commissioner of Harris County and the Governor of Texas. As a published author and leader of an award-winning foundation, I inspire and equip the next generation to rise above adversity, having dedicated over 4,000 hours to boosting literacy through community, creativity, and collaboration.

I AM NOT A MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER. That's the label the world has given me, but it's not who I am. I don't just motivate; I inspire. I don't aim for short-term hype; I aim for lasting impact. Everyone is tired of short-lived motivation that fades as quickly as it comes. That's why, as an inspirational speaker, I offer a different approach. While motivational speaking can ignite temporary enthusiasm, it often lacks the depth needed for lasting change. My speeches go beyond mere motivation, aiming to inspire profound shifts in perspective and belief. I believe that true change comes from within, and my goal is to inspire meaningful and sustainable purpose and vision in my audience.

My work has touched over 81,000 lives through community initiatives, speaking engagements, and a mentorship program that empowers young aviation enthusiasts. While I am proud of these accomplishments, the true measure of my success lies in the lives I've impacted and the souls I've inspired.

Growing up in Greenspoint, an inner-city neighborhood in north Houston, Texas—often referred to as "Gunspoint" due to its high crime rates, particularly violent crimes like armed robberies and assaults—Khristopher faced a multitude of challenges. He struggled with defiance, stigmatization, limited access to relatable positive role models, and brushes with the law, teetering on the edge of darkness. His behavioral issues, regular suspensions, and labels like "at-risk" and "emotionally challenged" led him down a dangerous path.However, when faced with the consequences of his actions and the realization that he's capable of more, Khristopher found his true calling.

Khristopher credits his biggest negative influence as limited access to relatable positive role models. This is why he has logged over 4,000 hours of volunteerism and community service, championing the incredible work being done to bridge the gap in role model accessibility.

In Houston, a concerning 60% of 5th-grade students in disadvantaged areas report a lack of access to relatable positive role models who are crucial for their motivation and aspirations. This scarcity limits their exposure to examples of success and positive life choices, which can significantly impact their academic performance and social development.

After receiving an award from Frost Elementary School in the Houston Independent School District for inspiring, encouraging, and empowering 5th-grade students, Khristopher dedicated his foundation to inspiring 5th graders, especially those growing up in Greenspoint and all inner-city neighborhoods throughout Houston, Texas.

Through his foundation, Wise Up To Rise Up Foundation Inc., Khristopher empowers students to dream big and achieve their goals despite the challenges they may face. The foundation achieves this through innovative programs such as mentorship initiatives and community engagement projects, connecting students with accessible, relatable role models who embody values and achievements that these children can aspire to emulate.

Through its innovative programs, collaborative partnerships, and commitment to excellence, the Wise Up to Rise Up Foundation has positively impacted the lives of over 200 individuals, instilling a love for learning and a passion for community engagement.
